About
I have lived and worked in Saint-Barthélemy for over a decade. I know the island, the contractors, the rental agencies, and what owners expect. I run villas in Pointe Milou, Lurin, Gustavia, Saint-Jean, Colombier and Toiny for clients who live in New York, Miami, Paris, London. No company. No switchboard. Just me, your keys, and one direct number.

Are you reachable at night and on weekends?
Yes, 24/7. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me. A leak at 2am, a lost guest, an AC failure in August: one number, I answer.
How can you manage my villa when I live thousands of miles away?
You give me the keys and one number is enough. I check in on the villa regularly, send WhatsApp updates with photos when needed, and handle things on the ground with my local network. No switchboard. No intermediaries.
