I moved to Saint-Barthélemy several years ago and never left. I speak French, English, and Spanish. I manage villas across the island, from Pointe Milou to Colombier to Toiny, for owners based in New York, Miami, Paris, London. I'm here through low season and hurricane season, exactly when most of the island leaves and your villa needs eyes on the ground. I supervise renovation work, close villas before storms, and reopen them when you're ready. I'm equipped to take on several villas and currently welcoming new owners. I don't work alone. I work with a network of trusted local contractors I've vetted over years on the island. If I'm ever unreachable for a moment, someone I trust can be at your villa fast. You still have one main contact (me), but you never rely on a single point of failure.
